UBT will be using iovation's Reputation ManagerT to maximize the end user experience, geo-locate Web site visitors and evaluate risk thresholds from initiation origins and anonymous proxy servers that hide IP addresses to prevent unauthorized online access to computers.

The UBT Web site initiates an interaction with iovation's Reputation Manager that returns the origin of the end-users computer. Contingent on location, the user is sent to a URL that meets compliance requirements based on country jurisdiction. In addition, UBT uses iovation to provide device to account association, which enables UBT to evaluate the risk threshold for each user connecting to the network.
